NACHAL

Daniel "Dani" Haas was born in Cleveland, Ohio on Deccember 9, 1955. A Platoon Sargeant in Nachal, Daniel was killed during an ambush in Lebanon on July 21, 1982, during the First Lebanon War. He is buried on Har Herzl.

GIVATI BRIGADES

Alex Singer was born on the September 15, 1962. He grew up in New York. Alex made Aliyah the last week of 1984. Six weeks later he was drafted to the Tzanchanim Brigade. Alex went on to finish the officers course and became an officer in the Givati Unit. On September 15, 1987, Alex fell during Operational duties in Lebanon.

NACHAL

Yohan Zerbib was born on August 15, 1984. He grew up in France. Yohan made Aliyah in 2003. He was drafted to the Nachal Brigade. On August 12, 2006 during the 2nd Lebanon War, Yohan fell during battle in Southern Lebanon.

ARMORED CORPS

Yoseph Partuk was born on April 1, 1994. He grew up in Emanuel, Israel. Yoseph was an Israeli Lone Soldier. He was drafted to the Armored Corps. On November 20, 2012, Yoseph fell during Operation Pillar of Defense.

GOLANI

Jordan Ben Simon was born on April 19, 1992. He grew up in Lyon, France. Jordan made Aliyah in 2008. Jordan was drafted to an Elite unit in the Golani Brigade. On July 20, 2014 during Operation Protective Edge, Jordan fell in battle.

COMBAT ENGINEERING

Shlomo Rindenow z"l was born on the 13th of September, 1995. He grew up in Passaic, New Jersey. He was the fourth brother in his family to volunteer for a combat unit in the IDF. On the 17th of March, 2015, Shlomo was drafted to the Combat Engineering unit. He fell during operational duties n the 17th of July, 2016.

NETZACH YEHUDA

Yoseph Cohen was born on May 8, 1999. Yoseph was an Israeli Lone Soldier. He grew up in Bnei Brak, Israel. Yoseph was drafted to the Religious unit of Netzach Yehuda. On December 13, 2018, Yoseph was killed in a terror attack while on active duty.

PARATROOPERS

Eli Kay z"l was killed on his way to work at the Kotel on November 21, 2021, at the age of 25. After graduating from high school in South Africa, Eli studied in Yeshiva, served as a Mefaked in gdud 202 of the Paratroopers, made Aliyah, worked in agriculture and was a tour guide at the Kotel. Eli's precious life was cut short by a Hamas terrorist, simply because he was a Jew. Following his passing, Eli continues to spread light around the world and his legacy continues to inspire people from every religious, cultural, and geographical background.

Elan Ganeles z"l was killed on a trip to Israel on February 27, 2023, at the age of 26. Following his upbringing in West Hartford, Connecticut, Elan made the deliberate decision to embark on a gap year in Israel, make Aliyah, and commit himself to a full term of service in the IDF. After completing his military duty, Elan pursued his education at Columbia University, where he graduated with a double major in sustainable development and neuroscience. He started his career as a geospatial analyst. His thirst for knowledge, passion for travel, and love for geography shaped his dynamic character.

282ND ARMORED BRIGADE

Maksym Molchanov, 20, a Ukrainian lone soldier, was tragically killed on August 31, 2023, when a terrorist drove into a group of IDF soldiers, killing Maksym and injuring five others.

After fending off terrorists on Kibbutz Sa'ad on October 7th, Rose, a lone soldier from Atlanta, Georgia, was killed in a terrorist attack while protecting the Old City of Jerusalem on November 6, 2023.
